These Terms of Service govern the use of the NimbusOps website (nimbusops.io) and any services offered therein. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. Individual service agreements (e.g. managed cloud contracts, consulting engagements) are governed by separate written contracts and take precedence over these terms in case of conflict.

NimbusOps GmbH provides cloud infrastructure consulting, managed cloud services, DevOps automation, FinOps, cloud governance and compliance, and AI engineering services. Detailed scope, pricing, and SLAs are defined in individual service agreements signed between NimbusOps and the client.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape or harvest data from the website without express written permission
• Use automated tools to overload or interfere with the website
